July 29, 2008Mini Outdoor Sessions
I am offering mini sessions at one of my favorite locations-Unity Village. Acres of gorgeous Mediterranean architecture, fountains, stone, flowers. $30 for a 20 minute session featuring your child (limit is two children), with one complimentary 5×7 of your choice and no obligations. (Sorry, no family portraits other than a quick candid or two due to time restraints). Those of you that have had portrait sessions with me, KNOW what we can do with 20 minutes! If you haven’t had a session yet, this is the perfect time to get a taste of what I can do with children’s portraits. I’m thinking we’ll end up with about 10 shots per session.

Scheduling
Session slots of the rest of the year are filling up fast! I don’t have any weekends left in October (Tiny Toes and repeat customers I can squeeze in there). I know lots of people want to stay out of the heat in July and August, but outdoor sessions are scheduled in the early morning or evening, so it’s bearable. I am primarily on-location, which means I come to you, all you have to do is open the door and I set up my mini-studio in your home. No driving, no heat for you! I still have a couple openings on the weekend for September.
My deadlines are about the same as last year. November 15th is the last day I will be doing portrait sessions for the holiday. I plan to have all proofs online by November 29th and all orders must be placed by December 6th to get prints back by Christmas. I will have a gorgeous selection of Christmas cards to choose from this year.

You must – be graduating in 2009, have an edgy “look”, be up for a session in the location of my choice, be outgoing and involved in school activities and not afraid to hand out my senior cards. 2007 Expressions Contest!
January 30, 2008I am finally getting around to my 2007 contest. Better late than never!
Vote for your favorite serious and funny images! Since every client is equally as cute, there is no “cutest kid” contest, here. Just a bit of fun. The winner of each catagory receives a mini accordian brag book with ten 2.5″ x 2.5″ images from a past or future session. ( I choose the images).
Vote on the polls to the right. The program will only allow one vote from each computer. Please do not post on MySpace or other forums, so this will be fair to everyone. Feel free to forward to family and friends via email. The contest ends February 6th, 2008.
