PROPS AND BACKDROPS

We stock over 50 backdrops, baskets, props, blankets, wraps, hats,and tiny headbands for baby girls! Everything you see on my website is a studio prop, not something a client brought with them.

CLEAN AND SANITIZED

I take care to sanitize all props and wash every fabric that touches babies and children in gentle, hypo-allergenic detergent between sessions. I disinfect from the tabletops to the doorknobs. I take the health and safety of my clients very seriously. I am up to date on my vaccines, including the Dtap (whooping cough) vaccine, and use hand cleaner
throughout the session. I get the flu shot every year. Before each session, I use a large UVC sanitization light on all hard surfaces in the studio.

CLIMATE CONTROLLED

For newborns to be content, the studio needs to be about 80 degrees. I
monitor the temperature throughout the session. We always take care to
adjust the temperature depending on what baby is wearing so that they
are comfortable.

 

THE LIGHTING

I use a strobe professional studio lighting system in the studio with
various modifiers depending on the size and placement of the
client/clients. It is entirely safe for the eyes of little ones. My
light stands are heavy-duty to make them "topple free."
