It was a gorgeous fall day and we headed down to the Independence Square for this family’s photo session.  Lots of color and an urban feel! This is actually one of my favorite locations to shoot at. I always leave this location with tons of variety in my images. The textures on the old buildings really photography well and it’s never too busy as far as crowds. It’s just one of those under-used hidden gems in the photography world in Kansas City.

This was a pretty special shoot for this family, without going into a ton of details. I was really glad that we could connect and I could get this done for them.
