I am a bit behind in blogging. Ok, I am months behind in blogging. Don’t think that because I have not blogged, the studio is not busy because this summer HAS been a busy one, which I am very grateful for. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer! This is the last summer before both of my boys are in school full time, so we are living it to the fullest! I feel like the time is just flying by!
This session was a referral from a very dear friend who has been at photography longer than almost anyone I know locally. She is taking a hiatus, I am sincerely flattered that she sent clients my direction because her work was and is jaw dropping. In fact, she was one of my favorite local photographers before I got into photography.
The Rivermarket is always one of my favorite places to shoot. There are just so many nooks and crannies that I have found over the years that photography beautifully. So many clients like to go to the Farmer’s Market or out to lunch and dinner after their shoot, it is a good family outing for the weekend AND you can combine it with your portrait session.
It was a hot, steamy Sunday afternoon in the River Market. These littles sure didn’t care, though. They were full of expressions and sass. We even played a little dress up. If you have a little girl that loves the Cinderella and Snow White dresses, I think it is a great idea to bring them with you to your session because they photograph so nicely and kids just light up when they put them on. This session was pure fun. Thanks so much, Meg for the great session and Susan for the referral. 🙂
