Blue Springs Christmas Pictures

Blue Springs Christmas pictures for my little two men. I took the boys to the soda shop in Blue Springs for Christmas pictures. So fun. The revitalization of Main Street in Blue Springs is a project that I am starting to get more involved with. There are so many hidden gems next to the studio that I want to share.  One of my favorites is the “Soda Shop”.  I took the boys there for their Christmas Card shoot.   It’s such a neat experience to take your children to a real “old fashioned” soda fountain. Clay, the owner is a joy to talk to. He can tell you all about the history of Main Street in Blue Springs. I found out that he used to own the building that my studio is in and before that it was actually owned by a Catholic Church. It is an antique in itself, for sure!

The real fountain sodas are yummy, and you can have ice cream a hot dog and chat it up with, the owner Clay, who is the biggest hoot.  There is a wall of history of Blue Springs and lots and lots of antiques.  Captures in Time can shoot at the shop any time, so if you’d like to set up your own studio and soda shop shoot, give me a ring.  (Ice cream bribery works well for portraits).
